Organizations and roles

Keep project ownership and team permissions clear.

01

Work in the correct organization

An organization is the boundary for projects, services and permissions. A similar project name in another organization does not identify the same resource.

  1. Check the active organization before creating, publishing or reviewing billing.
  2. Use the project address and deployment history to identify the exact resource.
02

Give only the access needed

Membership roles control which actions a collaborator may perform. Read access does not automatically permit publication, cancellation, billing or member management.

  1. Use available organization access controls and review the role before inviting someone.
  2. Ask the organization owner for a missing permission instead of sharing your account or token.
03

Remove access deliberately

Revoking access protects future reads and actions; it does not undo an already published deployment or erase financial history. Team Space collaboration is planned and is not yet available as a completed capability.

  1. Review active members and revoke access that is no longer required.
  2. Check separately whether an accepted publication or operation also needs an authorized reversal.
